First of all, the bad. The irony is so sweet and hilarious it raises a smirk just to read what she says..and then look at what shes wearing (or not wearing). Superb.

But now, the good!

I don’t really like flooding my links page with comic links but if I like what I see when I’ll point it out. Here are two perfect cases:

Ashtray3

Ashtray3 is set in another universe in a much more gritty and yet humourous depiction of an Alice in Wonderland scenario. There are bits which make you squeamish but then again if you can watch Rugby great Martin Johnson get his face stitched back together you can watch anything. Very well written and drawn and I’d love to see how this goes.

Supernormal Step

Supernormal Step follows the same idea with the same level of weirdness but is a little more family friendly and adds a dash more humour. The drawing again is top notch although it does lack the shading although this could be down to timing constraints or a certain style the artist is gunning for. It has just started so the story hasn’t panned out a great deal but it looks great.

Those are comics I back, the above comic however…no.
