The whole premise for the story was based on a bar I visited in 2004 which was next to Letna Park in the area around Kamenická tram stop. Second, nice work by Jules. I guess as a resident I am allowed to nitpick slightly that no Czech (or Slovak) would ever wear a *Russian* hat or shirt like the bearded chap, and I think the Russian expats here would be even less likely to do so, but how are you to know? Sadly we have, AFAIK, no ironic Soviet propaganda bars here. Doesn't fit the local sense of humor, though there is such a bar in Krakow (a ironic Communist/punk bar called Propaganda, once the best place for late drinks, now declining somewhat due to competition from cleaner places) and as far as I know the ironic Communist pizzeria in Budapest is still in business. They have one pizza called "Election Promises": you can order any topping on it that you want, but what you get is plain cheese and tomato sauce.
